New to Kayako?
For a complete new installation you will require: -
- An Owned Licence for your chosen product. This can be either an existing V3 SupportSuite, eSupport or LiveResponse licence, or a V4 licence for Fusion, Resolve or Engage. You will need to tell us the domain for your installation, e.g. support.mydomain.com
- Initial Setup and Configuration
- Annual or Monthly Hosting Plan
Transferring from Kayako
If your solution is currently hosted with Kayako, you will need all of the above, plus we will charge for moving your data from Kayako's server to to the new installation. This typically takes an additional half day but will depend on the size and configuration on you existing system. Contact us first before ordering.
If you have an existing Owned Licence, we can transfer this in the same way, but you will not need to pay for the licence again.
