Dedicated Server Support

As well as providing replacement hardware in the event of failure, dedicated server support covers the OS, pre-installed software, FTP, anti-virus and firewall configuration.

Kayako Support

Access to our Kayako specialists via web and email support from our support website at support.rezolve.co.uk, with telephone support available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You have full remote access to the server and can add additional services and software if required. While you can install additional software on the server, this is not covered by our support service, nor any failures due to changes to the server configuration not made ReZolve staff.
