Hosting
Your Kayako SupportSuite, LiveResponse or eSupport system is hosted on a Windows server at our secure data centre in the UK running recent stable versions of PHP and MySQL.
Our hosting fees include web and email support via our support website at support.rezolve.co.uk, with telephone support available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Setup
Our initial setup service includes:-
- Registration with Kayako and licence creation
- Installation of MySQL database and Kayako software on your chosen domain
- Assistance with domain and DNS issues
- Creation of required support departments
- Setup and testing of support email queues and outgoing email
- Adding your own company logo

Backups
Both the support website and the database are backed up on a daily basis and copied to a backup network storage device with a 7 day cycle.
