Ticket Attachments Module

A custom module for Kayako Fusion and Resolve providing an additional Attachments summary tab

Background

This module was developed in-house for our own use. It's purpose is to make it easier to find a specific attachment for a ticket. Without this tab staff users might have to scroll through the complete ticket history to find the attachment.

Solution

The tab is developed as a discrete module to avoid having to re-apply changes when Kayako release updates. It appears as a new tab to the right of the Edit tab and lists every attachment linked to any ticket post for the ticket.

We intend adding the facility to delete selected attachments.
