Part 2 of my evaluation of the Kayako fusion version 4 beta, having completed the installation and import of data from our V3 SupportSuite database.

Where are my tickets?
Having logged in, monitor pane looks familiar, but no sign of a Tickets button. Also found that more than one user can be logged in at once. With the option to set a differnet tab colour per user in the Admin CP, this is quite intuitive.

Found tickets under Web Browser, HelpDesk dropdown.

Still can't log in

Reset minimum password back to 8 and entered a new password for the user. Now logs in OK.

Kayako Desktop Installation
Installed version 4.0.3.489 without any problems.
However, it failed to allow me to login with an existing user, despite password being correct. Updated password in Admin CP just in case and noticed new minimum password policy of 8 characters.
To see if this was the problem, I found and adjusted the Minimum Password Length down to 7 (to match the existing password). However, having tried and failed 3 times the user was locked out for 15 minutes. Can't see a way of unlocking this via Admin CP so may have to wait...
