How does it work?
Ad-hoc support is charged by the half-hour. This is often enough to solve many website or Kayako problems. For example:-
- changing phone numbers across a whole website
- creating 2-3 new web pages
- creating and testing Kayako email queues
- doing a (small) Kayako upgrade
Ad-hoc support for is payable in advance by buying Support Credits. Once we've let you know how much time is required you can buy these using the options at the bottom of this page.
If you use us regularly there are discounts for multiple credits (see below).
What do I do next?
Go to our support website and create a new ticket in the Ad-hoc Support department, providing as much detail as possible. Include your contact details in case we need to contact you for more information.
We'll provide a fixed-price for the job and, once you've bought your credits, we schedule it in - usually the same or next day.
