Kayako Support & Development

ReZolve provide can provide UK-based setup and configuration service, customisation and ongoing support for Kayako software for customer world-wide.

ReZolve have been working with Kayako software since 2007 and have been an official reseller since 2008. We were part of the beta program for Version 4 and have a broad base of customers from the UK and Europe running both V3 and V4 Kayako systems. Our breadth of experience enables us to offer a first class support service based in the UK.


We offer two types of support service as well as custom development, as below

1. Annual Support

This provides telephone, email and web-based support a fixed price for Case (£395+VAT) or Fusion (£495+VAT). This service includes implementing up to 2 version upgrades per year. (Note that for version upgrades you must still have renewals cover in place with Kayako in order for us to install the version you are upgrading to.)

2. Add-hoc Support

For this you pay ‘per incident’ by buying support credits in advance. These cost £35 per incident (up to a maximum of a half-hour). You can also buy in bulk at £30+VAT each for 5 or more, so you could pay £150+VAT for 5 credits. Support credits expire 12 months after purchase.

3. Fixed-price Support and Development

For larger tasks such as installation, migration or bespoke development we can provide a fixed price quotation based on your requirements.


We no longer provide a hosting service for Kayako software but can assist with installation, setup, support and customer development. For critical system, we recommend using a service with high redundancy such as Amazon AWS, and can assist in implementing your preferred solution.
